Bridging Providence with Community Providers
Contact Our Physician Liaison Outreach Team
Our physician liaison outreach team meets with
local and regional community providers
throughout Southern California and helps
facilitate provider-to-provider relationships,
updates on specialty services, CME events,
one-to-one engagement opportunities, and
communications and resolution of patient access
or referral barriers to Providence.
